Rooms is ANSI/BIFMA X5.6-2016 certified by a third-party lab. Door modules are 36 or 48 inches wide, ADA-compliant, and have no ground track. Cleanable with healthcare-grade cleaners. The same product supports hospitals, university campuses, and corporate environments without the permanence of drywall.

Rooms installs without permits, drywall, or a general contractor. Three mounting options (freestanding, floor-mounted, or wall-mounted) handle most spaces. Leveling feet give a 1.5-inch height tolerance for uneven floors. When the floorplan shifts, the components come apart and reconfigure or move with the lease. Drywall does not.

Rooms ships in standard typicals for 6-by-6 focus spaces, small group touchdown spaces, and larger rooms built from 3 and 4-foot wall combinations. For projects with specific requirements, the system flexes around 24, 36, and 48-inch wall widths, 36 and 48-inch doors, and three mounting options. I, L, and T shapes are available, and all I, L, and T configurations must be wall-mounted.
