  • End-user Discount (tiered):
    52 % off list for orders < $50 k
    54 % off list for $50 k – $100 k
    56 % off list for $100 k – $250 k
  • Dealer Discount: Product billed to dealers at 59.5 % NET (stack 50/10/10).
  • Freight Terms: Free freight on all OMNIA orders within the continental U.S.; one ship-to per order. Ship-to must accommodate a 53′ trailer and have a dock.
  • Installation: Dealer-specified install amount billed, or default 12 % of NET total if no install quote is provided (list install as a separate line for compliance).

Purchasing

  • Payment Terms: Net 30 (credit card or check also accepted on approval).
  • Purchase Order Instructions: Email signed POs to [email protected]. Include Contract R2211-04 and the servicing dealer’s name on the PO for proper processing.
