Terms and Conditions

Eligibility – In order to participate in Loftwall’s dealer salesperson spiff program, the below criteria must be met:

  • The salesperson must fill out the spiff registration form available on Loftwall’s website.
  • Loftwall must have a valid W-9 on file for the salesperson.
  • All eligible purchase orders must be clearly marked with the salesperson’s Loftwall Spiff Registration Number

 

Spiff Calculation – Only orders sold at 50/10 (55%) off Loftwall’s marketed List Price (See applicable List Price Guides) are eligible for inclusion. Net sales will be calculated from eligible orders shipped in the preceding quarter, less any applicable shipping and tax charges. Any refunds and or credits on orders will be deducted from the net sales of a participant. The spiff paid will be equal to 3% of net sales.

Payment Methodology – Payments will be sent by the 15th day of the month following the end of a quarter. Payments will be sent via check to the address indicated on the spiff registration form. If your address changes, please contact Loftwall immediately to ensure payments are sent to the proper address. All payments will be accompanied by a statement including all pertinent sales information and calculations.

Other Information

  • If a salesperson fails to include their Loftwall Spiff Registration Number on a purchase order, they will have 30 days from shipment date to notify Loftwall and have the purchase order corrected.
    • After 30 days, any claim to the spiff is forfeited.
  • If annual payments to a salesperson are $600 or above, Loftwall will send the salesperson a 1099-NEC by the appropriate IRS Deadline of the following year.
