NeoCon: New Showroom, Who 'Dis?

New Showroom, Who ‘Dis?

In February 2020, we had some of the all time funniest (in retrospect) timing. For the first time in company history, we signed a multi-year lease on a permanent showroom at theMart in Chicago – a huge step forward for our company. Three weeks later the entire world shut down and NeoCon was canceled for more than 18 months. Like we said, funny in retrospect.

But in October 2021 we (finally) opened our small but mighty showroom to thousands of visitors at one of the weirdest industry events any of us could remember. We learned a lot in October – most importantly that we didn’t have enough space! Our 550 square foot showroom was likely one of the smallest in the entire 4 million square foot building that is the Merchandise Mart. We had hundreds of great conversations and sales opportunities from the show. But we were simply too cramped to tell the Loftwall story the way we wanted to. So we decided to do something about that.

In two weeks, we’ll celebrate the grand opening of a new Loftwall showroom in theMart. This time at almost 2,000 square feet (that’s right, 4x the space!). Our work commutes and Zoom habits aren’t the only thing that changed during the pandemic. Loftwall changed… significantly. We continue to dive headfirst into privacy solutions – with more ambitious ideas and ways to create places with purpose.

Products like Rooms and Tempo have won awards and are changing the privacy category. But those products require a large canvas to tell their story. And we aren’t done with just those products. New (unreleased) products like Zones, Mosaic, and Buffer need space to breathe and a chance to interact with the design community. So with great pride (and more than an ounce of heartburn), we’re excited to invite you to Showroom 10-142. With tall windows, beautiful city views, natural light, and several hundred bottles of Tito’s Vodka – we’re ready to host you this June!
