Pricing

  • End-user Discount (tiered):
    46 % off list for orders < $50 k
    47 % off list for $50 k – $100 k
    49 % off list for $100 k – $200 k
    50 % off list for orders ≥ $200 k
  • Freight Terms: Free ground shipping on IUC orders ≥ $500 net within the continental U.S.; orders below that threshold follow the Loftwall Shipping Matrix (zone-based). Destination must accept a 53′ trailer with a loading dock.
  • Installation: Dealer-specified install quote billed, or default 12 – 22 % of End-User Net if no quote is provided (installation appears as a separate line item for compliance).

Purchasing

  • Payment Terms: Net 30
  • Purchase Order Instructions: Email signed POs to [email protected]. Include Contract UN22-226 and the end-user’s full legal name; attach the original PO issued to the registered end user for compliance.
